Funding

LFYP is being funded by the Legal Services Commission. This means that legal advice and/or representation is free to the young person unless he/she has income over the LSC financial eligibility limits. The young person will be advised about funding at the start.

This is a not-for-profit service. It is the first time in the UK that the LSC has funded a Not-For-Profit service from a commercial law firm.
